A group of seemingly 10 to 15 passengers had a late-night smackdown in a Carnival cruise cafeteria that was captured on camera last month. Participants threw hands (and chairs) before the brawl was broken up by security.
Nick Richardson, aka TikTok’s @rizzarioman123, shared footage from the incident. A portion of his clip showed a larger group walking up on a trio of three women in the otherwise fairly empty cafeteria. A woman in a light colored matching set was ahead of the larger group. She and another woman with red hair engaged in a heated back-and-forth with a woman in a black-and-white matching set from the opposing trio. It’s unclear want originally sparked the fight.
The six-and-a-half-minute-long clip of the brawl has garnered over 227,000 YouTube views. Various chairs were lunged before two women started throwing blows at each other, escalating into the larger multi-person melee. People hit the ground and wielded punches before and as cruise security intervened.
A man in the video told Nick that he was roped into the violent brawl after someone hit his mother. The disgruntled son said he wouldn’t hit a woman, but he admitted to pushing the woman who allegedly smacked his mom.
The aftermath of the fight included lots of screaming, cussing, and meandering while security tried to disperse the involved parties. The narrator, Nick, noted that the fight went down on the last night of the cruise.
An aggravated woman was still heated while speaking to a security guard in TikTok footage seemingly taken after the brawl. She yelled about busting someone’s “a*s” on the cruise and a “lil girl” that needed to be “put in her place.”
“I don’t do all that ghetto s**t,” the woman speaking to the security guard added.
What Was Carnival’s Response To The Onboard Brawl?
A statement on behalf of the cruise line noted that those involved in the fight were penalized and banned. Moreover, it revealed that the incident occurred in early June.
“Carnival Paradise’s security team intervened in an incident that took place on June 6,” the cruise line tweeted. “As is our policy, we will not tolerate such behavior and the guests involved were fined and will not sail on Carnival Cruise Line again.”

How Did Social Media React?
Overall, online users condemned the behavior they saw in the footage. See some X users’ responses below.
This is the last thing I’d want to happen while I’m on a cruise in the middle of nowhere

Please add them to the no-fly list too. No one needs this energy on a flight either.
