Now that summer has officially arrived, it’s time for the summer music festivals to begin. Naturally, that includes Rolling Loud, also called “the largest hip-hop festival in the world.” The popular hip-hop festival is set to take place in Miami this year. And fortunately, Miami is one of the best places to kick off the party.

Why Miami?

Because of its booming tourism industry, Miami is a popular hotspot for locals and tourists to explore. It’s a major city in Florida that draws plenty of attention due to its lively culture that includes day parties and nightlife. Miami is so popular, several songs have been made about it. In 1997, actor Will Smith made a song about the tropical destination called “Miami.” And more recently, rapper Drake paid homage to the city in his hit song “305 To My City.”

Celebrities Show Love to Miami

Speaking of Drake, he certainly isn’t shy about his love and appreciation for Miami. He’s been spotted at various venues in the city, including popular nightclub STORY and famous steakhouse Prime 112. He even purchased (and eventually sold) a condo with ocean views in downtown Miami.

But he’s not the only one who loves the robust city. Many celebrities travel to Miami for its tropical weather and laidback beach vibes. Famous artists like Kanye West, Beyonce, and Taraji P. Henson have all been spotted in the city. And we can’t blame them. It’s the perfect destination to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Where To Stay for Rolling Loud

If you’re planning to attend Rolling Loud this year or want to visit Miami to explore what it has to offer, you can stay in the city in style, just like the celebrities do. Whether you prefer a hotel with a tropical vibe or a more modern, art deco scene, Miami has everything you’re looking for and more. Don’t believe it? Check out these five hotels you can stay in that are popular with some of your favorite celebs:

1. The Setai

The Setai is a beautiful hotel and resort in South Beach, Miami. The hotel resort has hosted some of the most famous celebrities like Beyonce and Jay-Z.

The Setai features two fabulous suite styles: the Ocean Suites and Art Deco Suites. Its Ocean Suite, ranges from one to four bedrooms. It offers a daily    in-suite breakfast, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

And its Art Deco Suites feature top notch amenities and a unique Asian-inspired design that encourages a tranquil and inviting ambiance.

Aside from the living spaces, The Setai offers several indulgences that keep guests coming back for more. For example, The Valmont Spa provides an exquisite spa experience, complete with massages, facials, a private bath, and a steam room.

For the 2020 NBA Finals, Disney hosted the NBA teams at three of their hotels. According to Walt Disney World Info, one of those hotels was the Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. There, several teams, including the Los Angeles Lakers, Toronto Raptors, Boston Celtics, Denver Nuggets, and Miami Heat, took part in the Disney magic.
