Launched in July 2023, FLOHOM is a network of floating suites that combines the outdoors with high-end luxury on a houseboat. “The water is very appealing to a lot of people, but also not very accessible because you either have to own a waterfront home or have a boat in the marina,” says Meyer.
What’s Inside FLOHOM
When guests book the FLOHOM experience, they will enter a private marina around the Baltimore area where the houseboats are docked and the company is headquartered.
The Bay Escape is a designer suite floating in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. This is an excellent option for people who want a peaceful retreat while remaining close to the convenience of the city. This houseboat can fit up to four people comfortably. Inside the bedroom is a Helix Midnight Lux mattress for optimal comfort. The living room has a designer sofa that converts into a queen bed.
The Modern Charm FLOHOM is a stylish two-bedroom and two-bathroom floating suite that can accommodate up to four people on the Baltimore Peninsula waterfront. This is the perfect option for people who want to mix comfort, upscale amenities, and adventure.
The Bung-a-flo is a floating Bohemian-inspired tiny home moored at Ferry Point Marina. The Bung-a-flo fits two people and is designed for an intimate get-away. It also features a Helix Lux queen bed to ensure maximum comfort inside.
