If your 2020 goal is to eat vegan, plant-based or simply explore a new lifestyle, a trip to Atlanta is just what you need to satisfy your tastebuds.
It’s no secret that Atlanta has plenty of vegan options with an increase in plant-based businesses to meet the demand of hungry and curious foodies.
The latest addition to the vegan scene is Life Bistro, located in the Sylvan Hills area of ATL. This vegan fine-dining restaurant not only serves up alkaline vegan food, but it also offers organic and ethically sourced coffee and cold-pressed juices.
If you’re interested in Dr. Sebi’s way of eating, the meals at Life Bistro are alkaline and on the list of Dr. Sebi’s approved foods.
It’s also a great date-night spot, with candlelight settings and live musical performances.
Although the official opening date is February 1st, Life Bistro is projected to be the most anticipated vegan food spot in ATL since Slutty Vegan opened its doors in the summer of 2018.
What’s best is the owners are black and graduates of Morehouse and FAMU, two HBCUs.
Notable dishes to try include spelt pancakes, chickpea omelette, and the fried oyster mushroom po’boy.
