A woman had to be restrained on a Russian flight, tied to her seat with rope and tape after continuously taking off her clothing.

The 39-year-old woman was suspected to be under the influence of intoxicants as she left her seat and began wandering aimlessly around the airplane shortly after the flight departed from Vladiovstok, Russia bound for Novosibirsk, Serbia.

She soon started removing her clothing and putting them back on again, appearing disoriented as she ignored flight attendants’ orders to stop.

The flight’s cabin crew, with the help of several passengers, used a rope, seatbelt, and tape to keep the woman restrained in her seat until the flight landed.

Footage shows her restrained in hear seat and her face twitching. Another video shows her emptying the content of her purse at the police station and police searching her belongings.

She was arrested upon arrival in Novosibirsk and taken to a police station, where she admitted to taking a synthetic drug before boarding the plane.

According to Russia’s interior ministry, the woman was taken to a hospital to undergo a medical examination to determine her level of intoxication.

She faces charges of petty hooliganism. Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
