According to Africa.com, the cost of living is low enough to suit most retirement budgets. Renting a fully furnished, 900 square-foot apartment costs between $560 and $1280 per month.
When it comes to entertainment, Kumasi offers a number of museums, markets, and forest reserves to enjoy.
Grahamstown, South Africa
