Megan Thee Stallion rocked her performance at the first U.S. based AfroNation festival, “The World’s Biggest Afrobeats Festival” in Puerto Rico. Established in 2013, founded by Obi Asika, and produced by Visionary Ally, SMADE, Live Nation and Event Horizon, this was the first time AfroNation was held in the United States.

Guests who flew into the San Juan International airport arrived within minutes to the beautiful beach of Balneario de Carolina where the three day event was held last weekend, March 23rd to the 26th. Sparks fired up the stage behind Rick Ross who performed alongside artists like Shenseea, Ghanaian King Promise and representing Trinidad and Tabago, the sounds of Patrice Roberts.

Megan Thee Stallion graced the fans of AfroNation wearing a lime green one piece with a gold shimmering overlay and boots to match. Fans screamed and sang along to Cash Sh** and Freak Nasty while Thee Stallion dropped jaws as she stepped across the stage.

Private bars, pool parties and a sky terrace kept the VIP’s entertained throughout the weekend of the AfroNation festival. Instagrammer @mo5he said, “Great event overall. Very great vibe. Gotta have that pool party everyday lol. That was a movie”!
