If you’re flying JetBlue in 2023, you’re in for an extra special treat. The airline recently announced that they are upping their in-flight entertainment options through a new partnership with Peacock.

“We’re excited to partner with Peacock, another fun, witty brand born in NYC to help raise the bar on what inflight entertainment can look like and bring in new ways of delighting our customers in the air and on the ground,” said Jayne O’Brien, head of marketing and loyalty, JetBlue. “JetBlue has a long history of providing industry-leading inflight entertainment and connectivity, and our partnership with Peacock will seamlessly integrate into our TrueBlue program giving customers access to content throughout their travel journey and beyond.”

1. When does the partnership start?

Starting in Spring 2023, Peacock will become the exclusive streaming partner of JetBlue.

2. What shows will be available?

Flyers will be able to stream a wide selection of movies and TV shows from the platform, including “Bel-Air,” “Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin,” and upcoming series, including Rian Johnson’s “Poker Face” and Malcolm Lee’s “The Best Man: The Final Chapters,” for free from their on-demand seatback screens. In addition, from travelers’ devices, they’ll be able to access Peacock’s full offerings, including original series, live sports, movies, fan-favorite shows, and news. The goal is to have flyers be able to use any simultaneously, just as they would in their living room.

3. Are there any special perks?

Yes! For passengers with the TrueBlue® loyalty program, there will be additional perks and offers. For example, members will have access to a special Peacock subscription, allowing them to earn points and rewards.
