Before her performance on Saturday, Cardi B stopped by a local market and purchased the entire store. She then donated the items to children at The Lion’s Village Orphanage in Lagos.
“Gotta thank the ladies and the gentlemen that nurtured these kids that need just a little bit of more love and protection and gear them up for a better place, destiny, and future,” she said on an Instagram post, adding, “People like YALL MATTER!”
Of course, Cardi B put on an awesome performance at the Livespot X Festival. She even dressed in Nigeria’s national colors.
She then capped off the night partying with a few of Nigeria’s hip hop elite, Tiwa Savage and Burna Boy.
