Àbac is one of the most sophisticated and luxurious restaurants in Barcelona. Run by chef Jordi Cruz, this restaurant has been awarded three Michelin stars. Àbac is known for its fascinating view. 4. Alkimia

Disfrutar is a result of three culinary masterminds Oriol Castro, Mateu Casañas and Eduard Xatruch. Disfrutar has been awarded a Michelin star for its top-notch culinary skills. The menu includes transparent ravioli with pesto, biscuit with smoked Idiazabal and apple, crispy egg yolk with mushroom jelly, and marinated mackerel with cauliflower in vinegar.

6. Enoteca Paco Pérez

Head chef Paco Pérez has been awarded two Michelin stars for his restaurant Enoteca. The dishes are Catalan and Mediterranean-inspired with a modern twist.

Els Pescadors specializes in seafood. The dishes are Catalan and Mediterranean inspired, and include unique plates such as baby squid from Sant Carles de la Ràpita, creamy green rice with cod kokotxas, fisherman’s rice, rice with rabbit and chocolate, fried cod with vegetables, cod stew, slow-roast goat kid with rosemary, potatoes and honey, and monkfish stew with mushrooms.
