Montego Bay, Jamaica‘s Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort is adding a new four-story Chequers building to their Caribbean Village, which will include new club-level rooms and ground-floor swim-up suites, according to Travel Weekly.

The club-level rooms will offer personalized concierge service, private check-in, and access to an exclusive lounge.

On the first floor, the 12 new Crystal Lagoon Hideaway Swim-Up Club Level junior suites will offer outdoor tubs and swim-up pools that guests can access from the suite’s private patio.

The 36 suites located on floors two, three, and four will offer garden or pool views, and have balconies with deep soaking tubs. The new rooms and suites can be booked from Dec. 15.

The new building and rooms are part of a series of updates that have been taking place at the resort over the past two years.

Sandals Royal Caribbean is known for offering five-star luxury accommodations, and for being the first Caribbean resort with over-water villas and bungalows.
