Here are the top destinations for romantic African safari experiences in 2022 provided by African Travel, Inc.
1. Arusha, Tanzania
Tanzania’s Tantalizing Tanzania safari is one of the company’s most romantic safaris destinations, according to African Travel, Inc.
“On our Tantalizing Tanzania safari, the revamped Singita Sabora Camp boasts intimate 1920s-style, letting you explore the untouched wilderness area of the Serengeti in the private Grumeti Reserve.”
2. Azura Benguerra Island, Mozambique
Azura Benguerra Island is a popular island in Mozambique perfect for romantic escapes, which compares to Cape Town and a Kruger National Park safari.
Located at the Bazaruto Archipelago, the island offers hopping, snorkeling and diving and relaxing on the shores of the Indian Ocean.
3. Loisaba Conservancy, Kenya
According to African Travel, Inc. Under Kenyan Skies safari allows couples to explore different wildlife regions while staying at luxurious lodges and tented camps, including Mahali Mzuri hotel.
“The journey also features a visit to the Laikipia Plateau and one of the most exciting ways to experience Africa at night with a night a four-poster Star bed at the Loisaba Conservancy.”
Botswana provides a romantic and intimate safari experience. The country has seen an influx in revamped lodges and new camps for safaris.
Jack’s camp is one of them. Guests can catch the end of the Makgadikgadi Pans green season when there is the continent’s secret migration of zebra and blue wildebeest. You’ll also enjoy exploring the newly opened and sustainable Xigera Safari Lodge in the heart of the Okavango Delta.
5. Zanzibar, Tanzania
Tanzania’s island Zanzibar is also a trending destination on the world list thanks to the island’s rich history including the UNESCO World Heritage Stone Town old quarter, clear warm waters and amazing coral reefs rich with marine diversity.
“And you can add a Maasai blessing conducted by village elders to make it even more romantic,” ensures the company.
