What do you get when you combine one of the most creative architects in the world with one of the most innovative jewelers of our generation? Apparently, the tallest residential building in the world. Nicknamed Dubai’s “Hypertower”, already stands taller than New York City’s Central Park Tower, which is 98 stories and close to 1,550 feet high.

Binghatti & Jacob

The Hypertower is the brainchild of real estate developer Burj Binghatti and famous jeweler Jacob Arabo also known to hip-hop aficionados as “Jacob Da Jeweler.” Head of architecture for Binghatti, Muhammad Binghatti stated the collaboration was a pursuit of elegance. “Both our brands are born from the sheer desire to achieve what breaks boundaries,” Mr. Binghatti said.

“What Binghatti has done in real estate, by creating a brand through a distinct design philosophy and architectural identity is very similar to what Jacob & Co has done in the world of jewelry and horology.”

“Our driving force is ingenuity and originality… It leads us to design jewels, watches, and now a hyperpower, unlike anything the world has seen before,” stated Arabo.

Luxury Redefined

The residences will be made up of two collections. The sapphire Suite Collection will be two-bedroom units and the Emerald Suite Collection will consist of three-bedroom units. At the top of the Hypertower, there will be five of the most luxurious penthouses. The building also features a private club with an infinity pool.

Inquiries to move into the Hypertower have already begun. Potential tenants must undergo a prequalification process to live in the lavish dwelling. Although the project isn’t completed, there is a heavy demand for luxury living in Dubai’s real estate market.
