1. Clarksville, TN - 37042

Coming in at number one on Opendoors list is Clarksville, TN. The fifth-largest city in the state, Clarksville is a great place for affordable living and vacationing. It’s one of the trendiest places to live and is a go-to place for house-hunters seeking affordable housing options. The city isn’t that far from the bright lights of Nashville and still offers all the amazing amenities of a big city at an affordable price. 

2. Celebration, FL - 34747

Modeled after the traditional American town, Celebration, FL is right outside of Orlando and residents enjoy a plethora of parks, walking trails, and community activities. The city is broken up into small villages with classic architecture inspired by Colonial, French, Coastal, Mediterranean, and Victorian designs, and the city’s old-world charm is enough to make you never want to leave. In the Fall, there is a huge Czech heritage festival that attracts travelers from all over the country, and exquisite homemade wine companies and cuisine can be found throughout the city. Most of its residents work in Oklahoma City and commute but if you want a small-town feel not far from downtown, Yukon may be worth checking out.

The cost of living is 8 percent lower than tha national average, making this San Antonio suburb more affordable than both Dallas and Austin. Just outside of the big city of Atlanta, Loganville gives all the hometown glory feels with the modern conveniences you need to be comfortable and happy. Although there aren’t a ton of major amenities, the city is a great place for raising families and the cost of living is cheaper than in ATL.
