Cabo is the perfect beach town to visit in Mexico. It’s located at the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula in the Mexican state of Baja California Sur.

The best time to visit Cabo is during May and June to avoid the spring break crowd and before it gets too hot. Many travelers also visit between December and March to experience the whale migration. Whale-watching is a truly magical and awe-inspiring experience.

I lived in San Jose del Cabo for a month when I started my digital nomad journey. From making friends with locals, exploring the downtown area, and eating my way through the best seafood, Cabo never disappoints.

One of my favorite things to do in Cabo is the art walk on Thursday night, which highlights Latin American artists and eating at the many farm-to-table restaurants, such as Flora Farms and Tamarindos.

If you’re anything like me, you always leave packing to the last minute but, with this packing guide, you won’t have to.

The heat can in Cabo is real. When I returned this time, I made sure not to forget my Black Girl Sunscreen.

This nutrient-packed sunscreen is perfect for melanin skin. It’s infused with avocados, sunflower oil, jojoba, cacao, and carrot juice.

Black Girl Sunscreen is protective and moisturizing as well. The sunscreen is great for everyday wear with a smooth, clean finish so that it can be worn under makeup.
