Hilton Cabana Miami BeachAccording to Essence.com, this black owned resort is one you surely should consider. Located just four minutes from the action in South Beach, you can still expect direct beach access and two oceanfront swimming pools.

The Betsy: This hotel stands out amongst its art-deco inspired neighbors with its colonial style building. With only 61-rooms, the Betsy is all about the details.
