What To Expect At Nomadness Fest 2023

The festival itinerary is thoughtfully divided into three distinctive tracks: Leisure Travel, The Business of Travel, and Conscious Travel. This year’s overarching theme, Cultural and Conscious Travel, dives into the multifaceted dialogues reverberating through the global tourism landscape.

Panel discussions at this year’s festival traverse a wide spectrum of subjects. Topics range from the intricate threads of diversity in tourism to holistic wellness tailored for communities of color. The balance between tourism and native lands along with the implications of overtourism are among the topics on the agenda.

Bringing BIPOC Travelers Together In Louisville

“Welcoming the NOMADNESS Travel Tribe attendees to town not only positively impacts Louisville economically, but also helps our destination increase awareness surrounding Black travel and visitation as we strive to host a higher percentage of Black visitors annually,” shared Cleo Battle, Louisville Tourism President and CEO. “We certainly look forward to helping NOMADNESS Fest attendees experience the city’s unique brand of Southern hospitality, iconic attractions, and rich culinary scene.”
