Starting later this year, a new airline based in Spain’s northwestern Galicia region will fly travelers to and from nearly 10 select European destinations for an incredibly low price.
Fly2Galicia will be based at Santiago-Rosalía de Castro Airport (SCQ) in Santiago de Compostela. The city is located in A Coruña province. From there, the airline’s planes will fly to and from three domestic destinations within Spain, as well as five city break destinations in other European countries. Fly2Galicia notes on its website that the routes will be “year-round regular flights.” Additionally, all the flights will be direct and have departures from SCQ at least twice a week.
Domestic arrivals and departures will be between Santiago de Compostela and Zaragoza (northeastern Spain), Granada (southern Spain), and Alicante (southeastern Spain on the country’s Mediterranean coast). Additionally, the new European budget airline will be flying to and from Brussels, Belgium; Munich, Germany; Prague, the Czech Republic; and Milan and Venice, both in Italy. Departures will begin this December, and ticket booking is available now.

What makes Fly2Galicia stand out is its uber-affordability, with fares starting at £19 (which converts to $22.09 at the time of this reporting). The cheap flights could be a lifeline for wallet-conscious travelers wanting to destination-hop across Europe, especially during Euro Summers when airfare is seasonally high.
The airline offers four fare options: Economy Go, Economy Plus, Economy Premium, and Business Premium. Differences include ticket costs, baggage allowances, and whether you can select your seat or change your flight details after booking without additional fees. The two more expensive fare types, Economy Premium and Business Premium, offer roomier seats.
Additionally, Business Premium flyers get “an empty adjacent middle seat, Business catering, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and lounge access at participating airports.” Business Premium is also Fly2Galicia’s only refundable fare type, with refunds provided “in the form of a travel voucher when cancellation is requested up to four hours before departure.”
For now, travelers can book Fly2Galicia flights from December 2026 through October 2027.
