Rising 45 stories in the heart of Toronto’s vibrant Entertainment District, Nobu will make its Canadian debut in 2024 with the opening of Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Residences Toronto. The hotel is located atop the west tower with two dramatic residential towers above the historic Pilkington Glass Factory, housing 660 units. It offers dazzling, panoramic views of Lake Ontario. Hotel Petersburg, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

In the heart of Downtown Petersburg, the reimagined Hotel Petersburg, a venerable 118-year-old establishment, will reopen its doors in the Summer of 2024. A century in the making, this upscale boutique hotel boasts 68 sleeping rooms, a restaurant, rooftop bar, and event space. Petersburg, one of Virginia’s oldest cities, encompasses 13 state historic locations. Seven sites on the National Register of Historic Places will feature custom-designed suites, one on each floor. The St. Regis Aruba

In 2024, the legendary St. Regis brand will make its much-anticipated arrival to Aruba with St. Regis Palm Beach. The iconic property will feature 220 luxurious rooms. Plus 5-star amenities, including top-class dining, spa, and pool offerings. The hotel will be only the second St. Regis property in the Caribbean.

FILA HOUSE Shanghai 

FILA HOUSE Shanghai will make its mark on the global stage as the inaugural FILA-branded hotel in the world. Bringing a vibrant new experience to the local hotel scene and a unique expression of life and vitality. The property will be developed as part of the new Shanghai headquarters of ANTA Group. The opening of Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort & Spa will mark the Grand Hyatt brand’s debut in Arizona. Including expanding the hotel’s indoor and outdoor meeting and event spaces. 

Hyatt Regency Panama City

Hyatt Regency Panama City will mark another milestone in Hyatt’s sustained brand growth strategy in the Latin America and Caribbean region by being the first Hyatt Regency in Panama. Located in the heart of Panama City’s business district and spread across two towers. The property will offer 382 guest rooms and suites, a pool, a state-of-the-art gym, and a variety of restaurants, including a wine bar and coffee shop.
