Our favorite health-conscious grocery store wants to take us to Italy this February through a culinary experience.

Whole Foods Market will be hosting pop-up experiences inspired by Italy in four major states, exposing foodies to all things Italian.

The ‘trattorias’ will be located in Atlanta, Austin, Los Angeles, and New York City and for one night only, you’ll be treated to a six-course, family-style meal.

Cathy Strange, Whole Foods Market Vice President of Specialty said in a press release, “Our dedicated team members travel throughout Italy to bring the finest traditionally-produced Italian items to Whole Foods Market stores, and we’re excited to offer these authentic products together on a dinner menu for one night only.”

Strange goes on to say, “We want our guests to feel like they’ve been invited for a meal in Nonna’s kitchen.”

The meal will be curated by Whole Foods’ culinary, wine and cheese experts as well as Italian cheesemakers and prosciutto suppliers — all at no cost!
