A federal Transportation Security Administration agent who tricked a woman into showing him her breasts twice while going through security has been arrested.

Johnathan Lomeli, 22, was working at Los Angeles International Airport when he asked a woman to open her shirt so he could look inside her bra for security reasons, as reported in the AP.

Lomeli first told the woman that he had to look inside her bra to make sure she wasn’t hiding anything, then had her hold her pants away from her waist so he could look inside, she told investigators.

He then took her to what he said would be a private room for more security screening but once they were in the elevator, he stated he could do the screening right there.

The woman told investigators that Lomeli told her he had to make sure she still had nothing in her bra, requiring her to lift her shirt “to show me your full breasts” before looking down her pants again.  He eventually told her she was free to go and adding that she had nice breasts.

Lomeli has been charged with false imprisonment by fraud or deceit and is being held on a $50,000 bond.

“There is no excuse for this kind of alleged behavior,” Attorney General Xavier Becerra said in a statement.

The TSA later took the case to the FBI and Lomeli was let go a few months ago, FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller confirmed with the AP.

TSA released a statement and said that Lomeli’s behavior is “unacceptable and an affront to the hardworking and committed members of our workforce.”
