If marine conservation and travel excite you, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

The luxury cruise line, Unforgettable Croatia, has collaborated with the non-profit organization, Blue World Institute, to launch the Croatia Conservation and Exploration Scholarship. This scholarship will award one person the chance to experience Croatia for a month while volunteering to help save marine life such as dolphins and sea turtles.

Spanning four weeks over the summer of 2020, this experience will be split in half — the first two weeks of volunteer work with Blue World Institute and the last two weeks on a luxury vacation.

Volunteering with Blue World Institute will consist of collecting and analyzing data on marine life populations and their behaviors while spotting as many as fifty dolphins per day! During the first two weeks of volunteering, you will also have time to relax on the beach and participate in outdoor activities such as snorkeling.

When your volunteer work is complete, the last two weeks will be spent exploring Croatia in luxury. There is an entire itinerary planned which includes wine tasting and truffle-hunting in the Istrian Peninsula, a private tour of the Plitvice Lakes National Park and accommodations in 4-star hotels.

Lastly, you will partake in a luxurious seven-night cruise to Dubrovnik while exploring five other islands on the way.

All of the meals and accommodations will be provided by the Croatia Conservation and Exploration scholarship.

You can apply for this scholarship by explaining why you should be the one to receive this opportunity.

The deadline for applications is Monday, July 9th, 2019.
