Smorgasburg LA is the largest weekly open-air food market in Los Angeles and has been growing since it began in 2016.  The weekly event is open from 10am – 4pm at ROW DTLA. Every Sunday in Downtown Los Angeles prepare to let your taste buds be amazed by a symphony of flavors from dozens of food vendors at Smorgasburg LA.

There is something for everyone here, no matter if you are a full-time meat eater, vegan, vegetarian, or just have a super strong sweet tooth craving that you are trying to satisfy.  Bring a friend so you can split a few things, leaving room in your belly to try more.

Here are a few food vendors at Smorgasburg LA that you should check out.

Amazebowls

Grab an acai bowl from Amazebowls.  This refreshing dairy-free bowl is topped with granola, blueberries, strawberries, agave and coconut shavings.  A perfect way to start the day and not feel too heavy from breakfast.

Black Sugar Rib Company

Whether its ribs, chicken or hot links you are looking for Black Sugar has all of your bbq needs.  Their smoked meats are free of any unnatural ingredients (msg, liquid smoke, etc.) Just don’t forget to get the sugar chips with your meal.  These are their sweet & spicy peppers that compliment any meal but specifically go well with the pulled pork sandwiches.

BOLO

Pineapple buns!  A favorite in Hong Kong, these toasted buns are used for housing their top-secret fried chicken and to make delicious ice cream sandwiches.

Lobsterdamus

A lobster lover’s dream.  Lobsterdamus isn’t your ordinary steamed lobster shack.  They are taking these crustaceans and grilling them up serving them as lobster fries, over garlic noodles, lobster nachos and more.  Yes, you can also just have a grilled lobster if you don’t want the extra hoopla.

Mideast Tacos

It wouldn’t be LA if you were not able to get street style tacos and Mideast is giving you that with a twist, infusing flavors of the middle east combined with Mexican food.  The steak kabob burrito seems to be a fan favorite.

Sticky Rice On Wheels

Sticky Rice is bringing authentic Thai style street food to LA and can be found weekly at Smorgasburg LA.  Pad Thai and other Thai favorites are available but the true star of this truck is definitely the sticky rice with mango.  If you haven’t tried this yet, do yourself a favor and GO!
