After you have immersed yourself in Vietnamese history, check out the Ben Thanh market. One of the earliest surviving structures in “Saigon” it is well-known for souvenirs, handcrafts, clothing, and other goods including local eats.

 

No trip to Saigon is complete without seeing Pham Ngu Lao Street. Located in the western edge of District 1, this is where you can find nightlife, bars, and great people watching spots.
