British Airways has finally completed their renovation, which includes a new lounge at New York’s JFK airport that hosts a free wine tasting and spa treatments.

The 65 million dollar expansion helps passengers traveling overnight from New York to London pass the time.

The First Lounge includes a larger seating area, a self-serve bar, and a wine room. Designated workspaces make you feel right in your own office with printers, fax machines, and copiers.

The wine room features a glass-fronted Enomatic unit for preserving wine, keeping it at the perfect sipping temperature. So far, each month has a selection of featured wines and food menus. Enjoy Cabernet Sauvignon and seared filet mignon and “sweetheart” turkey roulade, this month.

Located at Terminal 7, the lounge is only accessible to First Cabin passengers and BA Gold and Oneworld Emerald status holders. Passengers would also have access to Elemis Travel Spa, next door in the business lounge with complimentary first come, first served treatment sessions. Relax with a 15-min back, foot, and neck massage or a skin-renewing facial.

British Airways’ First Lounge opens daily at 5 a.m. and closes at 10 p.m. For first-class cabin passengers and upper tier BA customers with a Concorde Card, another exclusive lounge, The Concorde Room, with table service and a luxurious club ambiance.

Located in Terminal 5, the Concorde Room was influenced by British designs and craftsmanship, with woven fabrics and contemporary styled furniture. Need some rest? Well, catch some zzz’s on a cozy daybed in a private cabana only at London Heathrow. Loan a charger from any of the Lounge hosts.

Emerald and Sapphire members are allowed to invite one guest to accompany them in the lounge.
