As a Black woman-owned and operated mobile wellness studio, Brooklyn Bridge Flow redefines the wellness space. Adding some much-needed Black woman magic to the yoga and wellness communities in the city, co-founders Najma Dawood and Gina Roch created Brooklyn Bridge Flow. On the website, it explains that they each “recognized a need for more black representation in the yoga world, prompting them to create their own social impact organization and mobile wellness studio in NYC”.

With a slogan that calls in “peace in the midst of chaos with Brooklyn Bridge Flow”, the wellness studio in NYC offers purpose driven special events for the wider community. The feedback from the Black community given the chance to indulge in therapeutic vibes alongside other Black people in their community has been nothing but positive, as expected.
