Founder Joyaa, a millennial originally from Chicago, Illinois now residing in Houston, Texas, is an IT Project Manager by day and Chandler by night. According to the website, Joe + Monroe provides eco-friendly, individually hand-poured luxury scented candles made with a luxurious vegan blend of natural apricot and coconut wax. Their candles are infused with essential oils sourced from all over the world.
