Many Americans save money specifically for the Black Friday deals. Families plan ahead to ensure they can get the hottest items for the lowest price on the biggest retail day of the year.

However, Black Friday is now taking over the travel world too. Many of the major airlines will be posting flight deals leading up to Black Friday.

In the past, airlines such as WOW Air have offered $100 one-way flights to Europe from the States and Ryanair offered 20% off of certain routes.

Airlines will also post deals for vacation packages. In 2017, Southwest reduced their packages by almost $250 during Black Friday.

Many carriers have hinted that they will certainly follow up from last year. The deals should start popping up as early as Monday, while many of the better deals should come on Thanksgiving and Black Friday.

One of the most sought-after tickets will be Air New Zealand’s route from Los Angeles to New Zealand for right around $225 roundtrip. Rumor has it that there will only be 100 seats available at this price. The sale will start promptly at 10 am EST on Black Friday via the airline’s website. You can grab the fare now for about $452 roundtrip.

These flights have February dates only. It is best to sign up for the airline’s rewards program to have all of your information in their system and ready for the sale.
