A new golf resort is coming to St. Lucia and it has the potential to change the game of Caribbean golf by becoming one of the greatest courses in the world.
Canadian-based developer, Cabot Links, is building its first international property on this island. They’ve teamed up with the developer, Mike Keiser, who is also the developer of the well-known Bandon Dunes in Oregon.
The golf resort community, named Cabot Point, will be located on the northern tip of St. Lucia, in a 375-acre peninsula known as Point Hardy.
This golf course will also consist of a resort and residential community.
The Cabot Point resort will include a 50-suite boutique hotel, three restaurants, and a spa.
The residential community will include single-family homes, beachfront lots and townhomes.

The highlight of the development will be an 18-hole golf course which will be designed by Bill Coore and Ben Brenshaw — one of the most renowned design team in the golf industry.
According to Carib Journal, their design will include clifftop greens, “meandering valleys” and meadows by the sea.
