Although we still haven’t quite hit winter, San Antonio is already getting us in the mood for spring. Local company, Texas Tulips, will open a tulip field just outside of downtown San Antonio (off FM 775 in La Vernia) on January 23rd.
This is the same company that opened a field in the Dallas area back in 2015.
Get your cameras ready for some amazing photos that likely won’t need much filtering. The flowers will bring all the color you need. In addition to getting your photoshoot on, you can also pick a basket of flowers and take them home.
According to the website, the field will be open until early March and it will cost $5 to enter. The Dallas field will open mid-February and run until late March. You can visit seven days a week between the hours of 9am and 8pm.
