Let Mom experience a great night (and maybe day) of sleep with the Rest and Renew Program at The Benjamin in New York City. “Sleep medicine expert, Dr. Rebecca Robbins, provides solutions and tools to ensure the best possible night’s sleep.” Ponder the pillow menu, get a work-down call (the opposite of a wake up call), draw the blackout curtains closed. Then, listen to the guided meditation before putting in some ear plugs and getting ready for the best rest of the year.

Bringing the kids? Great! They get the same amenities, plus they can be part of the Winks’ Kidzzz Club. They’ll get their own bathrobe and slippers, a library of bedtime books and they can choose songs from the lullaby library to play in their room.
