LaForce Baker is a Chicago-based chef and founder of Moon Meals, and here he shares one of his healthy recipes for a vegan berry smoothie that’s perfect for summer.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

84 grams firm tofu
1.6 oz organic frozen strawberries
1.6 oz organic frozen blueberries
1.6 oz organic frozen raspberries
1 cup organic frozen pineapple chunks
1.6 oz organic kale
1.6 oz organic spinach
1 small banana
1 tbsp almond butter
1 cup coconut water

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

Add in coconut water as the base of the smoothie. Then, add your non-frozen
ingredients and blend until it’s smooth. Finally, add your frozen ingredients and blend
until you reach your desired consistency.
