Rapper and producer Pharrell Williams teamed up with nightclub mogul David Grutman for this highly anticipated Miami Beach hotel.

Now, the wait is over.

The Good Time Hotel is now accepting reservations ahead of its April grand opening.

“It’s good vibes, good energy, good karma, good food, good music, good environment, good vibration,” Williams said in an interview with Vogue. “Come there one way, and then you leave vibrating. We call it spiritual Wi-Fi.”

The 266-room hotel sits directly between Washington Ave. and 6th St., making it centrally located to some of Miami’s hot spots including Nikki Beach and Big Pink.

Doors officially open in April, and tourists and locals are already gearing up to use the property as a home base for popular Miami events such as Art Basel.

Also, on the property are the Strawberry Moon pool, an outdoor workout area, recording studio, and 45,000 sq. feet of retail space. Rooms run between $240 and $530 a night, depending on the room or suite you choose.
