Have you been curious about what it’s like to visit places like Kuwait, Greece and the Tanzanian archipelago of Zanzibar? We asked some of our favorite travelers to share what they loved the most about visiting the destinations and their answers could inspire you if you’re planning your next getaway.

Bilen on Kuwait: I loved visiting the numerous museums they have such as the Tareq Rajab Museum for ancient calligraphy and the Sadu House for Arabic textiles and weaving.

Another favorite destination was The Avenues Mall, which had everything from H&M to high-end restaurants like Katsuya. It is one of the biggest malls I have ever been to and it has every retail shop you can think of!

Christane on Greece: Other than the beautiful architecture that is the village of Oia, it would have to be our cooking class with @Petra_Kouzina. We learned so much about the origins of the Greek cuisine all while laughing and exchanging stories with strangers. The recipes we learned and the memories shared are what we hold on to as we remember Greece.

Wendy on Zanzibar: Swimming with turtles and getting to feed and learn more about them at a conservation pond, which is an initiative run by the local community. We actually stumbled upon the place during an impromptu trip to Jozani Forest. That was pretty awesome.
