These Airlines Offer The Best Hidden Boarding Pass Perks

After a flight is over, most of us forget about our boarding passes and toss them (which you shouldn’t because they have your personal information attached to them) when our flight is complete.

 

What if we told you that your boarding pass might have perks after you deplane? Well, it’s a thing, and you might be missing out on money-saving discounts when you land. Here are airlines that offer boarding pass perks:

 

Alaska Airlines

Want to ski for free? When you show your Alaska Airlines boarding pass at Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows in Lake Tahoe, California to get a complimentary afternoon lift ticket good for the day you arrive or sky for free Monday through Friday at Alyeska Resort.

 

Alitalia

If you love visiting museums and art galleries, you’re in luck, Alitalia offers seasonal discounts on attractions in Rome.

British Airways

When you land in the UK, be sure to keep your boarding pass handy when you’re shopping at Floris London (10% discount), Bentley Skinner (15% discount), and Hackett British Menswear (15% discount). If you’re planning to have traditional afternoon tea, your British Airways gets you perks and discounts Hotel Café Royal, St. James Hotel and Club, and Ham Yard Hotel.


 

Etihad Airways

Etihad Airways the second largest airline of the United Arab Emirates, and offers discounts via the Extraordinary Abu Dhabi Pass at golf courses (up to 15% discount), the Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum (20% discount), and at the observation deck atop the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers.

 

Korean Air

Korean Air’s Excellent Boarding Pass programs extend seven days after you’ve descended your flight. The boarding pass offers discounts attractions like Samsung Everland (South Korea’s largest theme park), National Theater of Korea, and Shake Shack.

Singapore Airlines was one of the first airlines to offer boarding pass perks. Their Boarding Pass Privileges program perks change throughout the year, and including dining, attractions, museums. and spas. 

 

WestJet

WestJet offers its passengers a 20 percent discount if they’d like to gain access to the Plaza Premium Lounge in Canada.
