As part of the major construction work being done at New York’s LaGuardia Airport, the first of many new concourses has been completed.
The new Delta Airlines concourse is part of a $3.9 billion terminal being built by McKissack & McKissack, the oldest black-owned and female-run construction company in the United States. The seven-gate, 105,000 sqft concourse was unveiled Tuesday and sits on the water, boasting views of Citi Field.
