The cheapest flight option can be purchased from Portland for as low as $332 round-trip in November.
One of the cheapest flight options can be purchased for $384 round-trip from Nov. 9 through Nov. 30 on Cathay Pacific and China Southern, according to Skyscanner.
Rio De Janeiro, Brazil
From Miami, Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale, and New York City, round-trip flights to Rio De Janeiro are can be purchased for less than $400 round-trip, according to Skyscanner.
The cheapest flight option leaves from Miami and can be purchased for $316 round-trip on British Airways.
Sal, Cape Verde
