World Leaders Congratulate Joe Biden & Kamala Harris On Victory
Even though President Donald Trump has not conceded in the race to the White House following Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s victory, world leaders are pouring in words of support for the new administration.
Jamaica Prime Minister Andrew Holness was among the first to congratulate Biden and Harris and pointed out the Vice President-elect’s Jamaican heritage:

The leader of America’s next-door neighbor, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, said this on Twitter:

Across the Atlantic, Irish Prime Minister Micheál Martin was among the first to express congratulations:

French President Emmanuel Macron, stated:

London’s Mayor, Sadiq Khan, who has been a huge critic of the Trump administration, said he is looking forward to “building bridges, not walls” with the newly elected leaders:

As Trump’s campaign tries to undermine the nation’s Democratic process with various lawsuits against some states, German Chancellor Angela Merkel released a statement that reads, “The American people have made their decision:”
