Comfort food is a weakness to most and ramen can be an ultimate weakness. Ramen is a Japanese traditional noodle soup dish. It’s made up of many ingredients such as Chinese wheat noodles, meat or fish-based broth, soy sauce or miso, with toppings such as sliced meat, a boiled egg, bean sprouts, and scallions. As we enter the winter months, a big bowl of ramen has been on my mind.

Here are some restaurants with best ramen in the U.S.

KinNoTori Ramen – Atlanta, GA

KinNoTori stands out from the crowd from their broth alone. Instead of a pork broth they use a homemade chicken broth, and pairs the ramen with a piece of crispy fried chicken right on top.
