Barbados’s first Rum Vault was recently launched at the Colony Club as a part of its 70th-anniversary celebration. Visit or stay at the Colony Club for a history lesson of rum in Barbados as well as tastings.
This experience allows for private dinners and mixology classes featuring 150 varieties of rum.
According to the Colony Club, “tastings can be arranged on their own or paired with dinners on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays.”
Also, “if you are free on a Wednesday evening, you can match the rum with homemade chocolates prepared by pastry chef Smilie.”
