Our forever first family, the Obamas, have been living their best lives since their departure from the White House.

The family has spent time traveling the world — going to places like French Polynesia, enjoying private yachts, shopping in Italy and even chilling with mega-entrepreneur Richard Branson on his private island.

Their latest travel destination is in Avignon, in the south of France.

Malia and Sasha treated their dad to a Father’s Day meal at the Michelin-starred restaurant La Mirande, as reported by The Daily Mail.

French newspaper, Midi Libre, reports that the Obamas are staying in a 65-acre, 18th-century luxury farmhouse on Bathelesse Island which costs a cool $62,000 per week.

The Obama family has been experiencing the South of France together; dining out and visiting the Palais des Papes, the largest gothic palace in the world.

The palace was built in the 1300s by popes and there are over 25 rooms which are open to tours by the public.

It is unclear how long the Obamas will be in town but it is likely they will be leaving soon to make it to their annual summer destination: Martha’s Vineyard.
