More details are coming out as more influencers are voicing their concerns on social media about what many are describing as a chaotic REVOLVE Fest.

Some influencers are comparing the events that took place to Fyre Fest even dubbing their experience “Fyre Fest 2.0.”

What is REVOLVE Fest?

You’re not alone if you’re wondering what Revolve Fest even is. It’s an exclusive “invite-only” event that goes on at the same time as the Coachella Music Festival.

2022 marked the fifth festival hosted by the online retailer at the Merv Griffin Estate in La Quinta, California.

The VIP guests reportedly had access to some pretty cool amenities such as a carnival-style swing ride, complimentary drinks, and free food.

They also received special performances from Post Malone, Jack Harlow, Willow, BIA, and Latto.

Sounds fun, right?

The only problem is that some people weren’t able to get in. Influencers say transportation was the biggest problem.

“The only way to get to Revolve Festival is if you take their specific shuttles to their grounds,” says Averie Bishop. “I didn’t even go into the festival. I waited in line for two hours.”

The Dallas-based content creator adds, “We’re bailing on Revolve because the transportation and logistics of getting to the festival are out of control.”

Influencer Kristi Howard paid $300 to get inside the fest. Says she saw shoving from other influencers waiting in lines and says she was misled by organizers.

“No address was given. We were just told the corner of ‘something and something’,” she reveals.

“I thought it would be really cool to network and meet my internet friends in real life. It wasn’t like that at all,” says Howard.

REVOLVE Responds

Organizers with REVOLVE Fests are now breaking their silence.

“REVOLVE worked closely with all appropriate city and safety authorities to ensure a safe and secure path for guests to access the 2-day invitation-only event,” a spokesperson told E! News. “With an event of this magnitude, city regulations mandate an off-site location for guest check-in and parking, as well as licensed shuttle transportation to and from the venue. […] We sincerely apologize to all the guests who were impacted. We always strive to provide a great experience and we promise to do better.”
