Legendary west coast rapper and cannabis connoisseur, Snoop Dogg, is definitely making sure he secures the bag. Late last week, it was announced that that Snoop was partnering with popular Napa Valley-based 19 Crimes Wine for a multi-year wine deal.

The first wine, Snoop Cali Red, is set to release this summer and is said to be a California red blend at a price of only $12 per bottle. This will make the first California red for the 19 Crimes brand.

“Snoop Dogg, an entertainment and California icon, is the perfect partner for 19 Crimes Snoop Cali Red,” John Wardley, TWE marketing vice president of the Americas, said in an announcement. “Snoop embodies the spirit of 19 Crimes—rule breaking, culture creating and overcoming adversity. We are truly excited to partner with Snoop and welcome him to the 19 Crimes family.”

19 Crimes is known for its augmented reality wine labels, that each tell a story of the person featured. There’s no word yet if the brand will incorporate this feature on Snoop’s line, but it is very likely.

Snoop is very excited to partner with the brand as well.

“I’ve been a fan of this wine and I’m excited to unveil my ‘Snoop Cali Red’ this summer and share the experience with all my fans,” he said in a statement. “It’s one of the most successful brands in the market, so I’m more than eager to bring this collaboration to the world!”

The wine will be available this summer in stores that carry the 19 Crimes brand.
