Houston rapper, businessman, and philanthropist, Slim Thug, has revealed that he recently tested positive for coronavirus.

In an Instagram video posted on Tuesday, the rapper shared his diagnosis, maintaining that although he did everything he was supposed to, he still somehow contracted the virus.

“As careful as I’ve been, self-quarantining, staying home, I might have went and got something to eat or something like that, nothing crazy. I stayed in my truck, had masks, gloves, and my test came back positive,” he said in his video.

According to Slim Thug, for the most part, he now feels fine, although, he initially had a slight fever and cough.

In his video, Slim Thug goes on to caution his fans and followers, advising them to stay home and self-isolate themselves as per the government’s orders.

“Y’all better take it serious, it’s real out here,” he warns.
