Tennis star Serena Williams has launched her second travel luggage collection in her collaboration with Away.
Her new collection includes several new products that she co-designed, including a convertible backpack tote, a jewelry sleeve, and a front pocket sling bag.
Her first line dropped in February 2020 which features a variety of suitcases and travel accessories such as packing and shoe cubes designed in some of Williams’ favorite colors, as we previously reported.
The new Away x Serena Williams collection features new colors and a custom exterior print that reflects Serena’s unique, bold style.
According to Away, the second collection with Williams was designed “with her whole crew in mind.” This means you can expect family-friendly travel accessories that include a carry-on bag for children and a carrier for pets as well.
“Travel has always been ingrained in my identity, both professionally and personally, which is why I am so excited to continue my partnership with Away. Despite the current limitations of travel, being able to bring this new collection to life has been such a rewarding, collaborative process,” said Williams in a statement. “With this latest phase of our work together, I’m thrilled to share a collection that speaks to the new realities of travel and highlights my personal take on design and functionality, all with the hope that it can get people excited for the future.”
