With so much uncertainty right now, let’s focus on the light at the end of the tunnel: this global crisis has to end at some point. And as most of us start to get a little stir crazy from quarantine life and socially distancing from friends and family, now is a good time to plan a once-in-a-lifetime, post-pandemic party. Here are a few options to consider.

The Roller Rink

Slip on your roller skates and legwarmers and bring it back to a simpler time with a throwback party at the roller rink. Ease tension, boost moods, and provide a temporary escape for friends and family as they put the madness from the past behind them.

Block Party

Gather the whole neighborhood to celebrate the end of the pandemic with a block party. Getting the permits may be the most difficult part of the planning process, but once that’s behind you, planning should be loads of fun. Be sure to include activities for all ages groups, from 2 to 82.

House/Pool Party

Airbnb is a great option for renting a pool house to host the entire crew. Splitting the cost will make it easy to afford something to accommodate everyone. Have each guest bring their favorite dish and drinks, hire a local DJ, and you have yourself one banging post-pandemic party.

Your Favorite Restaurant

What many of us miss most is dining at our favorite restaurants and indulging in our favorite meals. The restaurant industry has been one of the hardest hit during this time, so support your favorite dining spot by hosting a post-pandemic party for the decades.

Backyard BBQ

Nothing screams family celebration like a good, old backyard BBQ.  Fire up the grill and keep things simple. Family and friends will be ecstatic to see each other, so blast the electric slide, pile on the hot sauce, and be reminded of what’s most important.

The Beach

Head to the beach to celebrate a new day with beach games, music, and catching up in person with all your favorite people. A get-together on the beach is an affordable option that can last all day and well into the night.
