Hey NYC and surrounding areas, it’s time! That’s right it’s time to pack your bags and prepare to head to Africa.

Lufthansa just rolled out a pretty amazing deal on flights from New York to Lagos, Nigeria. The lowest price we found at the time of this post was only $590 roundtrip. That’s at least $300 cheaper than most deals to Lagos, which don’t come around very often.

These flights are valid for travel between February and March of 2020. There are layovers each way, in Frankfurt, Germany for around 4 hours. Surprisingly, for a deal like this that isn’t a very long layover.

We found this deal on Skyscanner using the dates 2/29-3/11. When using Skyscanner, it is easiest to filter by month. Once you do this, you should see the lowest prices available show up in green.

You can click on the date range that is best for your schedule and follow the link provided to actually purchase.

When visiting Lagos you won’t lack in things to do. This exciting and culturally diverse city offers something from everyone. From exotic sights to delightful food and cultural activities, there is always something to do.

Lekki Market offers a rich variety of crafts from both Nigeria and West Africa. If you are searching for affordable gifts, this is an awesome place to shop. In addition to crafts, they sell fabric and clothes.

Of course there is not shortage on the restaurants to choose from while there. But, if you need a suggestion, check out The Yellow Chilli. This spot features traditional African dishes with a modern twist.

It is one of Lagos’ best restaurants and offers several options such as Isi-Ewu, and a yam pottage special with beef and snail. You can also get continental plates.

You may want to go ahead and grab this deal before it’s too late.
