Following last week’s announcement that travelers entering the United States will be required to present a negative COVID-19 test, Karisma Hotels and Resorts is going above and beyond to assist its customers.

Guests staying at their properties in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and Riviera Maya region of Mexico now through March 31, will receive complimentary on-site antigen testing before traveling to the U.S. PCR tests are also available on-site for a discounted rate.

In addition, Karisma is offering up to 14 nights of free quarantine accommodations to those who test positive for Covid-19 and would therefore be unable to enter the U.S. Guests may be released after a negative test result and certified clearance for travel by a doctor.

Last May, the brand launched its ‘Holidays For Your Heroes’ initiative which donated 150 all-inclusive resort stays to essential workers and their families, as a “heartfelt thanks for the tireless work of those in the healthcare, delivery and other frontline industries.”
