If you think Zurich is all about business, think again. From its historic old town, museums, to the food scene, Switzerland’s capital city offers a lot to do.

With more than 50 museums and over 100 galleries, Zurich is one of the leading cities in the world for art and culture.

Some of the city’s best museums include the National Museum, FIFA World Football Museum and the focusTerra Museum of Earth Sciences. If you’re looking to hang out in Zurich on a budget, most of the museums are free.

In addition to culture, the European city is a hotspot for foodies. Don’t leave without trying a Weidikerli, a grilled pork bratwurst, one of the most popular products in the region; a Straumann Huppen, a long wafer roll with creamy chocolate filling, and Zurich Geschnetzeltes, a veal dish served with potatoes.

Now that you’re hungry for Swiss cuisine,  here’s how to get to the city as early as March for less than $400.
