If you are looking to plan your next island escape, this deal is perfect. Jet Blue is currently running a promotion on its routes from Atlanta to the beautiful island of St. Maarten. Flights can be found for as low as $303 round-trip.

If you are a true deal seeker, you can catch these flights for as low as $281, but there’s a slight catch. You can book your departing flight via Jet Blue; however, your return flight will be on Spirit Airlines. If you are a light packer, this option will work out perfect for you.

The original promotion is apart of Jet Blue’s basic economy fare class. There are a few rules that apply. The most important to note is that your first checked bag will cost $60 as opposed to the usual $25 to $30. You are allowed one carry-on and one personal item free of charge.

The promotion is valid for travel from March through May. It is best to use Google Flights to find the dates that work for you.

St. Maarten is most known for its up-close encounters with incoming planes flying directly over its most popular beach, Maho BeachThe beach is located at the Western end of the runway of Princess Juliana International Airport, which gives visitors a very unique experience.

Another popular beach on the island is Orient Beach. This beach is famous for its ‘no clothes required’ option.

No matter your interest, there is something for you to do. Whether you enjoy soaking up the sun, trying delicious Caribbean cuisine, or doing some duty-free shopping, St. Maarten will have it all.

A little fun fact, St. Maarten is claimed by both the French and the Dutch. You will find a mix of both cultures within the island.

Hurry and book your flight before it’s too late.
